No upfront fees
No sign-up fee, no tracing fee, no 'release fee'. Investigation and blockchain tracing are included.
10% success fee — only if we recover money
10% of the amount actually returned to you, plus applicable taxes. If your case needs a partner lawyer, they are paid out of this 10% — not on top of it.
In some cases above $100,000 that require extensive work, an additional fee of up to 5% may apply. If it does, we tell you after the first assessment and put it in writing before any work starts — never as a surprise. We usually take on cases where at least $5,000 was lost.
If your case needs a lawyer
Where court action is needed, an independent partner lawyer acts for you. Their fees come out of our 10% success fee, so you don't pay the lawyer separately and there is still nothing to pay upfront.
You will always know who the lawyer is before you sign anything with them.
How payment works
Our success fee comes only from money actually recovered. We never ask you to send money first.
We never accept crypto, gift cards, or transfers to an individual's account. If anyone claiming to be us asks for that, it is a scam — call us on the number on our Verify us page.
Everything in writing
Before we start work, you receive a written agreement that sets out what we will do, our success fee, and how you can end the agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really no win, no fee?
Yes. The case review is free, there are no upfront costs, and investigation and tracing are included. If we recover money for you, our success fee — agreed in writing before we start — comes out of what is recovered. If nothing is recovered, you pay nothing. Our success fee is 10% of the amount returned to you, plus applicable taxes, and any partner lawyer is paid out of that 10%.
Is the first case review really free?
Yes. It costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. We will tell you honestly whether we think your case can succeed — and if we don't think we can help, we'll say so and point you to what you can do next.
When do I need a lawyer, and who pays for them?
Many recoveries don't need one: they come from well-evidenced complaints, chargebacks and exchange freezes. A lawyer is needed when a court order is required — for example to make an exchange disclose who controls an account, or to freeze assets.
The partner lawyer is paid out of our 10% success fee, so you don't pay them separately and there is still nothing to pay upfront. Nothing happens without your written agreement.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. There is no sign-up fee, no tracing fee and no "release fee". Anyone who asks you to pay before money is recovered — especially in crypto or gift cards — is not us.
